MenuLab Beta Is Live: Join the First 250 Insiders

MenuLab is now live in beta.

This is the first public version of the app, and the goal is simple:

Help small hospitality businesses understand their menu faster, without needing a consultant, spreadsheet, or manual menu engineering process.

MenuLab is built for restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, food trucks, takeaway businesses, hotels, and other menu-based hospitality businesses that want clearer answers about pricing, structure, item visibility, and menu psychology.

The app is still early, but the core workflow is ready:

Upload your menu. Review the extracted items. Run a menu analysis. Get clear signals about what may need attention first.

What MenuLab does today

The current beta is focused on menu psychology and menu structure.

That means MenuLab helps analyze things like:

The goal is not to replace the owner’s judgment.

A hospitality business owner still understands the customers, kitchen, staff, neighborhood, brand, and business reality better than any tool.

MenuLab is here to support that judgment with clearer menu visibility.

It helps answer:

“What should I review first?”

Introducing Insider access

During this beta phase, MenuLab is opening an Insider tier.

The first 250 insiders can get full access to menu analysis for free while we continue building the product.

Insider access includes:

Right now, Insider access is free.

Later, MenuLab will introduce paid plans as the product grows, but early insiders will keep a strong advantage for supporting the project from the beginning.

Why we are doing this

MenuLab is still in beta, and that means feedback matters more than anything.

We want to learn from real hospitality businesses using real menus.

We want to understand what is useful, what is confusing, what should be clearer, and what features should come next.

The current version starts with menu psychology and structure analysis, but the roadmap goes further.

Upcoming tools will focus more on:

Insiders will be first in line for those features.

One favor

If you try MenuLab, we would really appreciate your feedback.

You do not need to write anything long or formal.

Even simple feedback helps:

This feedback will help shape the next version of MenuLab.

Final thought

MenuLab exists because small hospitality businesses deserve better menu tools.

Not just generic AI advice.

Not just spreadsheets.

Not only expensive consultants.

A practical way to upload a menu, understand what may need attention, and make better decisions from there.

The beta is live.

The first 250 Insider spots are open.

And we would love to hear what you think.
